MMT series and MMF series combination sanding section:
Below head sander and machine body lifting sander combination with feeding auxiliary engine.One end of production line is feeding, the other is discharging.It’s no need operator in the middle. If the under surface of board is smooth, you can match with auto feeding machine to achieve auto feeding.
Below surface of workpiece is processed by the down-sander ,and then top surface is processed by the machine body lifting sander. The running speed of production line can adjust according to the error of board. Once feeding , top and bottom surface both can get to requirement before lacquer.Working height of these two kinds machine is consistent. It suits for sanding solid wood floor .It can save work labor and improve the working efficiency than only one machine.
