Features:
1. This machine is specially designed for surface with paint of planar boards such as floor board , shutter , furniture and so on. The paint membrane processed is glazed and no paint piled.
2. Conveyor belt and silica gel roller , electrooptic roIIer is seperatelly controlled by imported motor and transducer , which make the glaze of the paint and the thickness of the paint membrane be controlled more precisely.
3. Coating roller can be taken-down quickly and conveniently , and the location of the machine is precise. Height adopts calculator to read out. This machine can be applied in board swith different thickness , so its operation is naturally convenient.
4. Eletrooptic roller and scraper can choose different working style according to different situation , which make the operation be more flexible.
5. Equipped with 5 transducers or PLC , each set of them can be used seperately and its working is more precisely.
