Features:
1.This machine is specially designed for coloring of the planar boards such as bamboo floor , furniture panel and so on so that it can make up the deficiency of coloring by coating. The surface of the product processed by this machine become more flat and even. The color group is natural and clear without waves.
2.The clearance between brush roller and conveyor belt is easily read out by imported counter. Two brush rollers adopts stepless speed shift. The conveyor belt adopts transducer made in Taiwan. The motor and reducer can be controlled seperately.
3.The brush roller is fastened on specially-made frame, it can be took down quickly through the special guide-way, also can be changed easily and cleaned conveniently, which reach the professional assembly standard. The brush roller is equipped with specially-made swing device and scraper to satisfy the effect of the product with different color groups and different levels of the customers.
